This is a fantastic pedal! I had been using a direct drive pedal the past few years which I felt like I never got used to. This was a breath of fresh air and straight out of the box was a game changer! Extremely smooth pedal and very versatile

Response is exactly what you want out of a standard pedal. I've actually reverted to double chain from belt for exactly that reason, and this pedal just feels... ya, standard, in the best of ways. Don't know if you want more grip, but I don't need it, and just keeps it less... grimy haha.
