The standard Yamaha 17C4 blows a tiny little bit brighter than it's 17C4 GP counterpart but still produces a fairly symphonic and full sound. Yamaha make great mouthpieces and as with all Yamaha mouthpieces the quality is first class.

It has a balanced feel to the blow - size is similar to a Bach 1C but in reality it doesn't feel that large.

Ich spiele in verschiedenen Posaunenchören und habe vorher Mundstücke mit weiterer Rückbohrung gehabt.Mit denen hatte ich Schwierigkeiten in der Höhe.Dieses spricht sehr gut an,hat aber einen Nachteil:Spiele ich längere Zeit tiefere Noten,ist der Wechsel in die höheren Lagen nicht exakt,d.h. benötigt etwas Zeit.Ebenso von den höheren Lagen in die tieferen Regionen-die tieferen Töne sprechen nicht sofort an.Wahrscheinlich einfach nur ein Ansatzproblem.
Der Ton ist gleichbleibend voll von unten bis in die höheren Lagen.
