I got this cymbal as my first ever purchase of a Ride and I was really surprised about the quality. The sound is kind of dark, with interesting harmonics, stick definition, and also an opportunity to open it up if you want to crash on it. Over all is a great cymbal compared to any other brand that offers a 21'' ride for a similar price.
