A bit quirky
You have to input two different channels very specific, panning each one either left or right, and then you can morph in between these. It does exactly what was advertised, but not any more than that, and I do have the feeling that I can do more interesting things by routing, sidechain-compression and mixing. Bought it and didn't really use it, which of course is my own mistake, but try the demo before.
