Stellar quality of DA/AD conversion (bad software)
I use the Pure2 to digitise the mixbus output of my analogue console, and the superiority of the result over several other converters I had tried in the past was immediately obvious. Nearly 4 years later (November 2026) am considering abandoning it for Audient's new Horizon 32 interface, partly because the control software for the Pure2 has always been glitchy and very annoying with cosmetic errors on the Mac version that Antelope have show zero interest in correcting.
Antelope has always had a 'problem' with it's software which is a shame because it's hardware is so good.
