Fine, but finicky

Well, I "upgraded" from a focusrite 2i2 to this, and find the usability, connection, software absolutely awful. It sounds good, and when it works it is great, but it is so unintuitive, I find myself second guessing myself all the time, as it never seems to do what I want it to do.

The software for the thing is also awful.

It was honestly a real disappointment.
