BOSS RE-2
This is a BOSS pedal so of course, it's very well made... Solid, will last forever! However... To me, this doesn't share the real 'RE' vibe... I used to own a RE-301 (that I stupidly sold many years ago), and was hopping to find that 'tone' again in a pedal format.... NOT.
The delay is cool, but the reverb is a shame! Also, the reverb is 'post' delay in the original RE tape units, so it reacts on delay repeats... But they wired it in parallel in this pedal... Which means NO reverb on your delay repeats/feedback. Was a deal breaker to me; I sold the pedal.
If you want a GREAT delay, I suggest you look into the SDE-3, which is, to me, one of the best pedal BOSS ever made.
