Great guitar

I’ve had the guitar for two months now and I’m very satisfied. It arrived very well set up and it’s extremely comfortable to play (which is probably the most important thing for me). The pickups are quite dynamic, in my opinion (at least compared to the EMG 81/89 set I had on another guitar).
Changing strings is very easy thanks to the locking tuners, it has excellent tuning stability even after a lot of playing, and aesthetically it’s beautiful. Also, even though it’s a signature model, it’s quite minimal, so it doesn’t really scream that you’re playing someone’s signature guitar. The only two things that I think would make it even better are the following: stainless steel frets, and either a non–bolt-on neck or at least a neck-to-body joint like on some other Charvel models in the same price range (which offer better access to the highest frets). It might also have been nice if it had 24 frets, since I know that’s essential for some people.
Overall though, I’d say I’m very happy with the purchase and that it offers great value for money.

Super Klang und Verarbeitung- ein echtes Workhorse

Die Gitarre kam perfekt gestimmt und ohne Beschädigungen bei mir mitte Oktober an. Lediglich das Truss Rod habe ich etwas nachjustiert, was aber durchaus an meiner persönlichen Präferenz der Saitenlage liegen kann. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Keinerlei Kratzer oder ähnliches. Das, bei MIM produzierten Charvel, oft kritisierte fret sprouting ist hierbei auch nur ein ganz kleines bisschen vorhanden und stört keineswegs. Die abgerundeten Griffbrettkanten sind traumhaft bespielbar, die Bünde sind top abgerichtet. Alles in allem ein super Workhorse mit brachialem Sound für zuhause und auf der Bühne. Werde mir wohl oder übel die schwarze Variante auch noch zulegen müssen :)

Auch ein dickes Dankeschön an den Thomann Kundenservice, der mir innerhalb von 4 Minuten bei dem offiziellen Release mit einem Link zur Gitarre geantwortet hat, da sie in der App nicht sichtbar war. Kurze Zeit später war alles ausverkauft 🙏🏻
