Sweet tone

Very convenient depending on your technique, great if you are after a sweet and consistent tone. I've used this even on flamenco guitar with good results.

Fender 100 Strings

Na een lange tijd maar weer eens besloten om de snaren van mijn concertgitaar te vervangen voor nieuwe.
Ik heb geen dure gitaar en ik ben ook geen Eric Clapton dus ik wilde een goed en goedkoop setje eens gaan uitproberen.
Ik heb een rothekel aan snaren vervangen omdat de oude altijd behoorlijk in tune blijven en nieuwe snaren is vaak een drama.
Met deze snaren van Fender bevestigd waarom ik haat om nieuwe snaren te vervangen.
Want eenmaal vervangen en flink de snaren opgerekt en 30 keer op nieuw gestemd te hebben blijven de stalen snaren redelijk in tune.
De 3 nylon snaren daarin tegen is na dag 2 nog steeds een compleet drama en niet in tune.
Stemmen en na 20 sec weer ontstemd.
Misschien komt het nog wel goed maar dat zal de tijd wel leren denk ik.
Het geluid van nieuwe snaren is daarin tegen natuurlijk helder vergeleken met oude snaren.
Maar persoonlijk vind ik de stalen snaren wel redelijk goed maar de nylon snaren qua geluid aan de doffe kant van deze Fender 100 strings set .
Zelfs mijn oude nylon snaren die echt een eeuw op de gitaar zaten klonken sprankelijker dan deze van Fender.
De prijsverhouding qua kwaliteit? vind ik eerlijk gezegd gewoon waardeloos want als ik snaren niet goed vind klinken of het nou dure of goedkope snaren zijn het blijft weggegooid geld.
Dus ik zal dan ook deze snaren niet aanraden ook niet voor het geld.

Niet alles wat blinkt is Fender....

Die Gitarre meiner Frau brauchte nach gefühlten Jahrhunderten mal wieder neue Saiten. ganz unten ins Regal wollte ich nicht greifen und Fender hört sich ja schon mal gut an.
Also schnell mitbestellt und aufgezogen. alles soweit gut, und der Klang ist gut. schöner warmer, weicher Sound mit klaren Höhen. alles soweit gut.

Nur dass ich seit 3 Wochen jedes mal erst mal neu stimmen muß nervt schon ein bisschen. Nundzwar gewaltig... Mittlerweile ist es nur noch minimal aber die Saiten haben doch lange gebraucht. da hat Fender noch Hausaufgaben zu machen...
