Massive issues with sound
This device has an annoying issues with sound. Permanent cracks, clicks and other noises while playing guitar if you have some other source of sound such as backing track. And it has problems not only with using its mic and guitar interfaces but with just common use cases such as watching Youtube and playing games. After a short period of time the sound starts to double itself and lag behind the video. If I switch to another audio interface that problem disappears but after switching back to Scarlett it pops up again. I've tried all sample rate and buffer size combinations, reinstall audio drivers and other advices from the Internet but there is no difference, the problem remains the same.
I had a Scarlett solo 2nd gen and it had the similar issue with cracks but that problem was solved just by plugging it in the USB 3.0 interface. But guess what? This new 3rd gen does not support USB 3.0. It is not recognized by the Windows 10 if it plugged in USB 3.0.

Potis kratzen nach einem halben Jahr schon
Das Produkt ist in sich super - Sound ist TOP, der Treiber läuft auf macOS sowie Windows rund in die Mitgelieferte Software ist auch ein nette plus.
Aber ich kann kein Produkt empfehlen, dass nach so kurzer Zeit (6 Monaten) bereits ein Kratzen auf den Potis der Kopfhörer und der Mic-Eingänge aufweist. Nach 12 Monaten ist das jetzt so stark, dass ich eine retoure beantragt habe. Es ist normal das eines Tages das anfängt, Analoge Hardware hält nicht für immer, aber mein Vorgänger, der Steinberg UR22 mk2 hat es mehr als 4 Jahre ohne kratzen geschafft.
Produkt ist an sich mega, aber solche billigen potis kann man nicht vertreten.

Unsolvable audio crackling when using Live
I've bought this interface in 2019 and after many driver updates (including beta ones) I cannot solve an annoying audio crackling issue that happens every time I run Ableton Live. If I have any other audio source playing (Youtube etc) and Live open, the audio will eventually start crackling and the only solution is to deactivate and active the audio interface on the playback devices menu (faster than unplugging the USB cable).
I've searched for a solution online and the few people that had the same issue as me also found nothing working. A little more research suggest this problem can be linked to bad drivers from Focusrite. None of my other 2 audio interfaces have this problem so its indeed related to unoptimised drivers.
