Als langjähriger Obligato-Spieler wollte ich mal was anderes - aber nicht ZU anders. Ich spiele Jazz und zupfe in 99 % der Zeit.
Diese Galli hier haben einen sehr schönen Schmatz, wo die Obligato doch eher metallisch klingen. Die E-Saite ist auffällig grundtonlastig, klingt tief und macht einen ziemlichen "Fumph" mit eindeutig weniger Sustain als andere Marken.
Ich finde die Textur extrem schön in der Handhabung, hinsichtlich der Dicke bilde ich mir ein, dass da minimal mehr ist, als bei den Obligatos.
Hat man vor, die Galli aufzuziehen und direkt auf die Bühne zu gehen, kann man sich die Karriere ruinieren. Sie brauchen lange, bis sie annähernd die Stimmung halten.
