Super Gitarre mit einem vollen und satten Klang

Just in dem Moment als ich mir eine Martin-Gitarre kaufen wollte wurde die Gibson Songwriter EC Custom mit Cutaway bei Thomann angeboten. Ich habe die Gitarre bei Thomann getestet und gleich mitgenommen. Das Aussehen ist fantastisch - wer eine schwarze hochglanzlackierte Gitarre mag, der wird begeistert sein. Klar - sehr pflegeintensiv. Die Verarbeitung ist einwandfrei - dem Preis entsprechend qualitativ hochwertig; die Gitarre wirkt schlicht aber mit den vergoldeten Grover Rotomatics Mechaniken und Pins einschließlich der Perlmutteinlagen am Kopf und Hals sehr edel. Die Saiteneinstellung war mir etwas zu hoch - das wurde aber von den Thomann-Mechanikern korrigiert. Der Klang ist voll, satt und sehr dynamisch, die Gitarre lässt sich aber beim Fingerpicking auch sehr weich und zart spielen. Durch den Cutaway können die hohen Bünde sehr gut gespielt werden. Im angeschlossenen Zustand leistet der eingebaute Tonabnehmer LR Baggs Session VTC ganze Arbeit. Der Koffer ist ebenfalls sehr hochwertig und entspricht der Qualität der Gitarre.
