I bought this an addition to my 20x14/14x14/12x8 Catalina shell set.
It is awesome. To those who are worried about a colour match - my shells look as it they were made to match - perfect.
This sits perfectly between the 20" bass and 14" floor tom and the 12" rack tom creates a nice separation.
I tune all my drums quite low most of the time. This drum responds brilliantly to that. It sounds amazing tuned deep and played with soft felt beaters as well as sticks.
However, it even works well tuned high/jazz with brushes.
The quality and sound for this price is unbeatable.
If you are thinking about buying this, stop thinking and buy it.

Great add on to an existing Catalina Club kit, the SWG finish is bright and clean while the drum itself gives an excellent punch straight out of the box- easy to tune and transport, a 5/5 add-on for sure
