You get what you pai for (actually slightly less)
Good things - instrument looks beautiful. It seems made well too.
Bad things - if you'll go to thomann.co.uk and read description of this guitar - you will expect it to be equipped with fishman pickup. Well not, not it comes with generic HB pickup. Customer service is aware, and they don't care.
Another thing - straight out the box instrument is unplayable - string buzz on lower frets and over 4mm on higher frets. If you don't know how to set up acoustics - avoid Harley Benton like plague.
Bridge - it's either to small pegs or bridge design, what makes securing strings a chore. Strings just won't stay in place and under lightest tension pegs are falling out. So it takes a lot of fiddling just to change strings.
So all in all it's £299 guitar which after few hours of work (or £100 to your luthier) will sound like £299 Harley Benton guitar. Do not expect miracles here. It's cheap budged guitar with generic pickup, terrible action and awful bridge design.
And that black whatever material on fingerboard - it will colour your fingertips black.
