Well made and robust. Handels a little complex because the stability on a flat straight object e.a. table edge, is not strong enough. The clamp gets not enough grip. On a round pole it's fine.

Für meine Mikrofonausrichtung am Schreibtisch hatte ich vor dem Hercules Stand schon den Roadworx Microphone Arm zum ausprobieren hier, welcher an sich meinen Ansprüchen genügte, sich aber nicht in die Halterung quetschen ließ. Bedingungen waren:
1. unkompliziertes Handling, Beweglichkeit
2. Belastbarkeit von mehr als einem Kilo
3. Anbringung von Popschutz
2. und 3. erfüllt der Hercules Stands problemlos. Da ist er super.
Die Beweglichkeit jedoch ist immer vom Lösen der Rändelräder abhängig. Die rasten ein oder lassen los. Eine fließende Beweglichkeit gibt es nicht. Für eine feste Positionierung eines Mikros oder einer Kamera ist das okay, aber für flexibles Handling ist der Arm offensichtlich nicht gedacht. Wer einen super fest sitzenden Arm sucht, wird hier gut bedient. Das war aber nicht mein Anspruch, weswegen er zurück ging.
