I bought and used this diamond file on a strat neck with an ebony fretboard that had some serious fret sprouts. This file was used to start the work by filing down the sharp fret ends and I must say it did a world-class job. It cuts fast and clean.
Used in conjunction with a Hosco Fret end file and some 400 to 1200 grit sandpaper, the neck feels premium again.
Highly recommended!
