Great if you want an inexpensive compact volume + wah
Diatonico 28.08.2021
I sometimes need a wah for some cover songs, and I occasionally need a volume swell or fadeout effect. This pedal can do both.

Pros:
+ Inexpensive
+ Switch between wah/volume with your feet (very handy if you have a song that needs both wah and volume swells/fadeouts)
+ 6 preset frequency ranges — perfect if you don't want to mess around finetuning settings
+ Separate quality and lowest volume controls
+ Compact — for those running mini pedalboards

Cons:
- No fine-tuning possible like on higher end models
- Small — however: I have big feet (44 EU, 9.5 UK, 10.5 US) and I didn't have any problems with the size.

Some reviewers feel the switch requires a lot of force to. Personally I didn't think it requires too much force — but I put more of my body weight on the wah to have more control anyway, so it's not a problem for me.

P:
dissapointed
PhaseMeltdown :) 14.12.2021
ok, so it's nobody's fault that I'm dissapointed, the pedal might be great for someone else. I bought it firstly to use it as a volume pedal and I was 99.345% sure the volume feature will be passive and will not require power to operate (I mean it needs just the pot to work as a volume pedal). The fact that it was also a wah pedal came as a bonus for me, I imagined I will only use it in rare occasions as such. Then it would have been a 5 stars review, but in this case I must take into account the fact it doesn't accept a battery although it only needs 18mA, it's too small, the rubber on it's bottom doesn't grip well to the floor and indeed the switch needs some force to be pushed (because of the small rubber feet from underneath the flap) so you end up not (de)activating it in a pinch when you'll need it. And again, it doesn't accept a battery, so you'll always need to drag a power supply with it or use it only on a pedalboard, which might be fine for you, for me not so much. On the plus side... it's red, the metal construction seems sturdy.

o
Very nice multi-function pedal
ondas 20.04.2021
At the beginning I did not want to have an expression pedal and a wah-wah pedal separated as I run a very small setup. I decided for this multi-effect pedal out of convenience. The build quality is decent, although I did notice a bit of crackling when moving the potentiotemeters to change the settings.

One very notable problem with this pedal is that it needs an absurd amount of pressure to the footswitch to activate/deactivate the effects and bypass the signal. Probably mostly thought to be used on stage as maybe it is thought for leaving mostly unexpected "bypass" pressing of the footswitch out of a performance.

Adding a small piece of plastic at the bottom of the pedal can help to make the pressing less cumbersome.

I also had a small issue with noise injected from the power distribution unit (since the pedal uses coil to create the effects the PDU will strongly couple to the pedal). Moving it away from the PDU solved the issue (and this is not exclusive to this pedal, most coil-based wah-wahs will suffer from this).

Overall I am happy with what the pedal does and the base price.
