If only it had adequate packaging for the journey

Sadly this pedal arrived in a very large box without any padding to protect it from moving around. As a consequence when I tried the pedal, the mod side only worked intermittently, I had already tried to halt the order but as it arrived I thought I might keep it but the fault made my mind up. I've now waited 14 days for Hermes/Thoman to collect it from me, which is not good and they seem to be ignoring emails to. Shame!
