Fantastic sound range for flatwounds and excellent quality, surprisingly bright if you want and great booming lows. Love them, perfect on my Mustang AM Perf strung through body.

Great deep and mellow sounding strings and perfect for the American Performer Mustang if you're after that vintage thumping bass sound. The strings are unbelievably smooth and they feel quite stiff. Makes you want to dig in a little and make them growl. Good product, recommended!

Perfect for a Squier CV Mustang

A perfect match for my Squier CV Mustang: no more floppy stock E string! The strings are glass smooth, so great for effortless and painless sliding. They do take a couple of months to settle in and sound quite odd at first. Overall, very nice strings with price being the only drawback. Hopefully, they'll last a few years.

Perfect for my 1972 Mustang!

I have used La Bellas on many of my basses and when I was made aware of these strings that are especially designed for string through the body Mustangs, it was an obvious choice!

Unlike other La Bellas I have used, they were consistent in sound from the moment I fitted them. You get that lovely deep thump, making it sound almost like a Precision. Added to that, you of course get no fingers noise!

Highly recommended!
