Don't bother!
Bought this snare as it looked good in the pictures. It arrived in bad condition. The shell's inner lining was not perfectly shaped and therefore the whole instrument including the hoops and how the head sits and is tuned was a problem. Additionally, the snare buzzes a lot as the metal snares are not able to contact the reso side very well. It is not uniformly flat! Don't bother buying this Millennium snare. If you are on a budget, go for the Pearl Sensitone or the Mapex MPX. Pearl makes extremely high quality products.
