Never buy anything where you must use this piece of Garbage. Support is almost non- existent and when you must seek help you are directed to sign in for a support ticket ? What kind of business or should I say SCAM requires this? Thomann should bear some responsibility as a dealer in this product. Would be nice to be informed about the kind of companies which they sell and promote these products.
