On the way to an optimal cymbal sound, a special Paiste sound alloy from patented bronze was developed for the Signature series. The results are instruments that have been gaining recognition since their introduction in 1989, and have proven themselves both in the studio and live. The sound has a high expressive power and can be described as filigree, transparent, musical, emotional and colourful.

The Power Crash is the heaviest crash in the Signature line and offers the strongest crash sound and the longest sustain. All in all, higher in pitch and well suited for noisy situations where projection is needed.

Paiste Signature Power Crash 18"

The Paiste Signature series have a very unique sound compared to any other manufacturer or type using B20 bronze. The "Secret formula" bronze, thought by some to be a phosphor bronze gives an entirely special sound which to me has far more intricate overtones than any B20 cymbal. The heavier Power type like this retains a glassy, crisp characteristic, rather than a deep "Bong" and has a nice long sustain with a lively sparkle. The power is certainly there, but with outstanding quality !

Super plato

Desde que lo oi por primera vez me gustó. Es un plato que recomiendo para hacer rock, no es adecuado o quizá lo sea menos para tocar otros estilos menos "ruidosos". Al principio es raro hacerse con su sonido, predominando sobre todo la larga cola que deja. Pero después de la primera reacción el plato se comporta de maravilla. Elegí la versión Power Crash por dos motivos: volumen y dureza del plato, ya que soy rompedor de platos. Creo que tiene el grosor adecuado para durar. Por lo que, baterías de rock, este plato es una delicia, y es super recomendable desde el primer momento, aunque sea caro.

Klanglich ist auch dieses Paiste Signature Becken über alle Zweifel erhaben, wobei natürlich der Einsatz im Bereich Rock der Empfehlenswerte ist.

Das Becken klingt hell, brilliant und ist sehr durchsetzungsstark. Die Optik (das Auge isst bekanntlich auch mit, wenn es auch nicht jedem wichtig ist) empfinde ich als recht schlicht, es wirkt nicht so hochwertig, wie es wirklich ist, wobei die Verarbeitung einwandfrei und das Material vom Feinsten ist.

Sehr empfehlenswert für meinen Einsatzbereich (Hardrock)!

Excellente qualité, excellent son, j'adore Paiste signature, ce sont mes cymbales par excellence, il n'y a qu'eux qui me donnent le son pur et parfait. A acheter les yeux fermés pour les adeptes de Paistes bien sur.....Si vous voulez un son plus débordant et baveux ou plus dégueulasse passez votre chemin.
