Acoustic Magic Hampered by Software

The PSI Audio AVAA C214 is a miracle of acoustic engineering. It effectively reduced the most severe low-frequency standing waves in my studio by at least 5dB, delivering tight, clear, and precise bass. It is an indispensable tool for any professional mixing environment.

However, the accompanying connection control application (App) is terrible. It is extremely unstable, frequently disconnects, and the interface is outdated and clumsy. This turns the process of initial setup and routine adjustments into a painful struggle.

Liebe Leute. Das ist meine erste Bewertung im Leben. Sicher, ich liebe die Schweiz per se. Das soll aber hier keine Rolle spielen. Naja, vielleicht doch ein bisschen. Der AVAA C214 leistet unglaubliches. Nicht nur das er sich den problematischsten Frequenzen in einem Raum widmet er ordnet dadurch auch Frequenzüberlagerungen. Wer hat’s erfunden? Die Schweizer. Krass. Das Ding ist so effektiv und hilft den Sound zu verbessern wo immer es wichtig ist. Ein AVAA ist super, 2 sind perfekt. Wäre da nicht der auch krasse Preis. Man kann sich auch 50 Bassfallen ins Studio stellen. Das wird nicht billiger. Tja, Qualität hat ihren Preis. In diesem Fall absolut gerechtfertigt.
