A string that works for now

I got this as a temporary fix for one of my basses and it worked reasonably well for the short time it was on which was less than a month. It was slightly bright compared to the others: a set of rotosounds which were on it for a good while but I wasn't recording or anything with it just teaching. I would prefer not to have to record with a set of these. The quality is not brilliant.

Ich wollte einen 6 String Bass in C Drop Tuning stimmen. Irgendwie gab es keinen geeigneten Saitensatz, bei dem die C Saite nicht eine völlig andere Spannung gehabt hätt, als die Anderen.
Lediglich Warwick hatten einen 5 String Satz mit einer hohen C Saite anstelle des tiefen Hs, aber dann hätte ich ja immer noch eine dicke Saite zukaufen müssen und Warwick Saiten bekommt man nicht einzeln.

Also habe ich mir 6 Pyramit Saiten bestellt: 30-40-55-65-95-126
Das ergibt einen richtig guten Satz für die Saitenzahl und die Stimmung.
Kann sich jetzt jeder selbst fragen, ob man so einen Bass wirklich braucht. Die Saiten sind jedenfalls spitze ;-)
