Pyramid Stainless Steel 009-042

It is literally the only strings I ever use. This is coming from an Elixir fan boy. We know as guitarists, once you get used to something, it's very difficult to change what works but rather we build on that foundation.

These strings are the apex of German engineering! Nothing here in the UK or over in America is better. Every order from Thomann, I mandatorily have to order these strings.

The fact that they are stainless steel means I can use even thinner gauges for better clarity, sound and feel while also having decent tension. So these 9's are comparable to 10's Nickel plated.

They last as long as the Elixir without the chaffing since they are not coated and they actually sound brighter as they age.

I have nightmares where I run out of these strings haha they are THAT good. I don't know what magic they used to make this but let's keep it a secret shall we?

Der Saitensatz spielt sich wunderbar und ist gerade für bending und schreddern eine super Sache. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man im Vergleich zu Nickelsaiten wesentlich mehr Höhen bekommt und die Mitten reduziert werden.
Machen Spaß, und habe sie noch nicht zum reißen bekommen, aber bei "Made in Germany" sollte man das auch erwarten dürfen ;)

J'ai voulu essayer ces cordes pour leur tirant 9-42. Le son qui en sort est très agréable et elles glissent bien. Par contre, elles ne supportent pas bien les bend malgré leur souplesse et je trouve qu'elles cassent un peu vite, enfin essentiellement celle de mi aigu puisque les autres sont quand même plus solides. Mais j'ai essayé par la suite d'autres marques du même tirant qui tenaient mieux mon jeu.
