It’s well built, it’s nice that there’s space for cable management, and it attaches securely to the desk. A big plus is that one section can be raised upward — that’s really convenient.
As for the downsides, I don’t like the locking arm with the large tightening knob. First, it’s not very comfortable to use, and second, it hits another part and prevents proper rotation. There’s also a slight play — some free movement remains, meaning it doesn’t lock completely even when tightened. Overall, it’s still a pretty good option.

This is an annoyingly high quality product , unfortunately let down by what everyones been complaining about, that middle joint lacks an appropriate amount of grip to stop the neck from sagging, I foolishly bought this thinking I knew better, unfortunately you will need to dismantle this part and make some modifications to bring it up to spec.
