just open the package and there is signal loss on left chanel if i dont hold the plug and cable in place. im glad to see im not the only one with this problem. Well not really turned mono but there is only audio in right channel. Im using this cable with the will work with product RØDE VideoMic and the RØDE VideoMic is tested alone and it has no problem. so it is the cable.

Granted, i plug in & out a lot, but one side stopped working after a few weeks (unless you bend and push in a specific way)
