After 1 hour playing the cajon, the pad really don't make a big difference if you play with out it, you will have pain.
I don't recomended for long sessions.
the good thing? you remain seating in one position, don't slide over the cajon.

Das Sela-Pad ist ausreichend dick, um auch längere Zeit ohne schmerzende Sitzknochen auf der Holzkiste zu sitzen. Und es haftet wie angeklebt auf der Oberfläche meiner Cajon. Ich war überrascht, wie weich sich auf dem Pad trotz der relativ geringen Dicke sitzen lässt. Ich habe zugegebenermaßen nicht viel ausprobiert, sondern einfach mal auf Verdacht dieses Pad zusammen mit der Cajon bestellt - war wohl ein Glücksgriff. Ich hatte zum Vergleich nur eine Art "Mousepad", das ein Freund auf seiner Cajon platziert hatte, und das man sich ebensogut hätte sparen können - das hatte nur Alibi-Funktion. Ganz anders das Sela-Pad. Kann ich nur empfehlen! :)
