Astounding sound, cracked plastic

I upgraded my Ibanez RGAIX6FM from DiMarzio Fusion Edge pups to Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz, and the difference couldn't be more astounding.

The SH2N-4C sounds crystal clear, and it's great with distortion as well. My only complaint is that the plastic had a hairline crack on arrival: otherwise, it would be 5 stars across the board.

Hugely recommend for split-coil setups!

Ich habe angefangen, meine erste E-Gitarre selber ein wenig zu modifizieren und habe unter anderem den Sattel und die Pickups ausgetauscht.

Der Jazz Neck ist super! Er liefert sehr klare Sounds. Die alten Werktonabnehmer klangen dagegen fürchterlich matschig. Der Klang ist meiner Meinung nach außerdem sehr vielseitig. Bluesiges und jazziges klingt toll. Auch für sehr verzerrte perkussive Sounds funktioniert der Pickup für mich gut, weil er nicht matscht, aber trotzdem genug Biss liefert.

Von mir kommt einer klare Kaufempfehlung!

La utilicé para recrear una Fender Big Apple del 98 como la de Rosendo a partir de una Fender Lonestar.

Originalmente la Big Apple tiene una Seymor Duncan SH1 en el cuello. Ambas patillas tienen un sonido muy parecido, quizás un poco más percusivo, fino y con menos volumen en la SH1, pero realmente similar. Quería la combianción original de SD Pearly Gates: puente; SD SH1: cuello, pero el problema que tenía es que la pastilla SH1 de serie no trae logo porque se utiliza normalmente en modelos vintage. Solamente le ponen el logo en las que montan en guitarras de serie. Así que viendo este detalle estético y sabiendo que podrían ser intercambiables compré la SH2.

La SH2 es de sobra conocida por su sonido equilibrado y su versatilidad. Una vez montadas con un Fender Superswitch pude darme cuenta de que no me había confundido y la guitarra quedó perfecta.
