If anybody else is wondering - the wider part (which is also available separately - Sonor MH-BC) of this can be connected in place of boom arm's cymbal holder of any (current) Sonor stand.
Overall I dislike the plastic insert (can be removed) because it reduces clamping stability but it's great for clamping more delicate non-metal parts - like the holder of a Roland SPD SX, Nord Drum 3p (which is why I bought this clamp) and similar gear.

Ich habe mir diese Multi-Klammer gekauft um ein liegengebliebenes Topteil eines Beckenständers wieder nutzbar zu machen. Jetzt hängt eine Glocke, oder zeitweise ein Crash/Splash Becken daran.

Die Bedienung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Spannfedern geben ein guten Druck auf die Schrauben.

Sehr gut gefiel mir der Gummi zum Schutz des Beckenständers. Dieser ermöglicht ein etwas federndes Aufhängen des Beckens. Bei schweren Becken wird er zum Nachteil.

Negativ:
Bei dicken Ständern sind die Schrauben zu kurz. Außerdem sind die Zacken des Gelenks sehr klein. Bisher hält die Multi-Klammer gut und ich konnte noch kein Verschleiß erkennen. Ich hoffe das bleibt auch so.
