Mini-format at a mini-price
The Stairville AF-40 Mini Fog Machine is a steal at its price point, but this dinky, super compact fog machine can still give the competition a run for its money in terms of performance. The brevity of the warm-up time and the power of the heating element are truly impressive, and the AF-40 can also deliver a continuous output of fog over a considerable length of time. It can be placed on the ground or suspended using the integrated bracket, and the scope of delivery includes a wired remote control to allow the user to start the fog flowing whenever they wish at the push of a button.

Maximum fog, minimum effort
The diminutive Stairville AF-40 Mini Fog Machine, which tips the scales at just 2.1kg, is child’s play to use: All the user has to do is press and hold the red button on the remote control, and they can unleash a jet of fog for up to 30 seconds. The cable on the remote control is 4m long, and like the power supply cable, is hardwired to the unit. The warm-up process begins once the machine is connected to the power supply and switched on, and the 400W heating element is ready for use in around five minutes. The remote control has an in-built infrared light which comes on when the machine is ready for action. The fog is emitted in a horizontal direction, and there is a level indicator on the rear of the housing so the user can keep an eye on how much liquid is left in the 0.25l reservoir.

For party venues and special effects
For those who occasionally need a mini fog machine for a basement party or a stage show, the Stairville AF-40 Mini Fog Machine is ideal – no need for DMX software or technical expertise. The AF-40 will capably cover small dancefloors, music venues, and theatre stages in a dense, white fog. Mobile DJs and touring theatre companies will in turn appreciate the portability of this compact machine (28x15x19cm), which can easily be concealed on set. All that remains is to choose from one of the five fog fluids, which are sold separately.

About Stairville

Different smokes for different folks
Before switching on the Stairville AF-40 Mini Fog Machine, the user must always remember to deactivate any smoke detectors! For parties, we recommend Stairville E-C fluid, which lingers on the dancefloor for a long time. The Stairville Fast Fog Fluid provides more of a theatrical mist which evaporates rapidly. Lighting effects in turn are particularly impressive with Stairville E-M, whereas the Stairville E Special is perfect for laser shows. And at a garden party or outdoor event Stairville E-HD fluid creates particularly dense fog. To get the most out of the fog machine for as long as possible, we also recommend rinsing the machine after each use with Stairville’s fog machine cleaner.
