Ich habe die Achat 204 und die LD Sat 242 gleichzeitig bestellt und gegeneinander verglichen. Mit der Achat erzielt man einen höheren Ausgangspegel als mit der Sat 242 und sie klingt so als hätte man etwas die Bässe und Höhen angehoben. Für mich eine ganz tolle Box für typische Installationsanwendungen, wenn es etwas rund und nicht ganz so blass klingen soll. Anbringen, EQ auf null, guter Sound. Die Sat 242 ist etwas leiser und auch etwas schneller an ihrer Grenze, kling aber sehr neutral, polemisch würde man sagen nicht Hund und nicht Katze. Durch den etwas mittigeren Sound sehe ich sie ganz klar dort wo neutraler Sound benötigt wird Bühne&Monitoring. Da setze ich sie auch ein und schätze den neutralen Sound sehr.

Tolle kleine Box, die ich in Verbindung mit dem 108 Sub als Bundle mit den zwei Boxenkabeln und den beiden Mikrostativen gekauft hab. Prima für kleine Veranstaltungen, bei denen es nicht auf Mörderpegel, sodern auf ein dezentes Auftreten und ordentlichen Klang ankommt, also Moderationen, Festinstallationen, kleine Parties oder auch im heimischen Wohnzimmer. Neigen auch bei höheren Pegeln nicht zum plärren. Sauber verarbeitet. Namhafte deutsche Hersteller können es auch nicht besser.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil beim Komplettset: Die Boxen sind auf den dem Set beigelegten Microstativen bei vollem Auszug sehr wackelig. Da sollte man etwas aufpassen.

Der Lautsprecher hat in größeren Räumen zwar nicht mehr viel Druck, klingt dafür aber sehr klar. Für reine Sprachveranstaltungen kann er sehr gut als Delayline LS verwendet werden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die vielen Installationsmöglichkeiten (Verschraubungen am Gehäuse). Einziger Kritikpunkt ist bei mir nur die doch niedrige Impedanz von 4 Ohm. Für Lautsprecherverkettungen daher nicht wirklich geeignet!

Ich habe noch keine anderen Boxen in meinem Studio gehört und habe deshalb keine Vergleichsmöglichkeiten.
Das System ist rel. klein und kompakt, lässt sich sehr schnell aufbauen und anschliessen. Ich spiele ausschließlich elektronische Musik und habe einen recht hohen Soundanspruch und kann dieses System mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Luft nach oben ist bestimmt noch vorhanden, aber nicht für diesen Preis, also Daumen hoch, besonders für die Beratung. Ihr habt (mal wieder) gezeigt und bewiesen, dass ihr einfach die besten seid ;o))
