i'd like to thank Thomann for their excellent after sales service, i don't know if this is the right place to tell the story but hey, i'll say it anyway!

ALL ELECTRONIC UNITS CAN HAVE FAULTS, this unit i purchased was faulty and blew up from the first use, which can be caused by anything really, Thomann team sent me a replacement unit straight away without any hesitation and it's been flawlessly working fine since then.
A BIG THANK YOU THOMANN! .. you have won me as loyal customer FOREVER.
