- The exercises with the breathing bag consist of inhaling from and exhaling in to the bag
- This increases the ability to use the inspiratory muscles (the intercostal muscles of the thoracic cavity and the diaphragm as the main respiratory muscle) independently from the exhalation muscles (chest muscles and abdominal muscles)
- The breathing bag is supplied with an oral mouthpiece
- Not suitable for latex intolerance
