Super pocket trumpet

Andreas677, 22.11.2009
For the money a super pocket trumpet which also still looks good in appearance. It was important to me the diameter of the bell, which corresponds to the measure of a "true" trumpet.
This gives you a nice sound, whereby I feel that the tones generally sound a little too high compared to a normal B-trumpet.

At a water damper was a small paint damage with me and the included gloves are not exactly the best ... but when do you play with the Han shoes? Sometimes the valves are still a little bad, but this will be the case with frequent playing (and diligent use of the oil supplied). The case is as well processed well. Two carrying straps are also supplied, which make it possible to carry the case as a side pocket or as a backpack.

Conclusion: In all, I am satisfied with the purchase, for the money you will find a difficult comparable trumpet in quality and workmanship. Besides, it is really fun to play on such a small trumpet ... Carnival can come;)

Price / performance: OK

Bassmatz, 12.02.2012
I got this pocket trumpet because I could not reach the high places on my old-Ebay-tenorhorn and then conveniently the thing with a cheap Tompete wanted to play.
For the price I expected of course no "high-end" goods.

So far, so good: The plan went on, the high places were now to be reached, as they were to be played here in the first octave, so for the hobby is enough, and in the first place: I am satisfied, just because the trumpet also really cheap Is to be had.

For all those who expect more than me, I count on what I noticed so much:

The tones are not very clean in the first octave (I'm unskilled, my natural tone range, fundamental tone, fifth octave), whether this is due to my way of playing or the product: I do not know. With my tuba they are unequally cleaner. Therefore only a point deduction in the address ("only", because I measure it at a low price, otherwise it would be more).

Features: I can not start nix .... Is everything there: Funnel, valves, water valve etc ... Oil and mouthpiece, of course (and much too small gloves, but what solls): 5 points

Sound: clear, no master class, but good for the price. A buddy, who plays really well, could sound really good on this trumpet; For my ears. He did not get quite close to his trumpet, but this may be because of the squat construction of the pocket trumpet: a deduction due to the construction?

Processing: Here is the only real vermouth drop: the valves were very sluggish at first and need oil now to run easily. They also rattle. This is not so wild in the live context, because it goes loud anyway, but for recording I imagine the difficult. ... just three points, because that really annoys ...

But if I consider the price that I would have to shell out for a professional trumpet, then this product is quite reasonable in terms of price.
