One receiver, total freedom
The Xvive U45 in‑ear monitor receiver is perfect as an add‑on or drop‑in replacement for any existing Xvive U45 wireless IEM system. With six switchable channels, the receiver can be dialled in to suit the space and minimise the risk of interference. It runs on the globally usable 5.8GHz ISM band and covers a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency range, delivering a clear, detailed signal whether things are running loud or sitting low in the mix, with a 110dB signal‑to‑noise ratio that keeps everything clean. There's also a 3.5mm headphone output onboard, making it a straightforward match for virtually any set of headphones or in‑ears.
Compact and robust
The Xvive U45 receiver is compact and robust, making it a solid pick for mobile use on stage or during studio sessions, and its ABS and metal housing stands up well to external knocks, ensuring years of effective use. Hook‑up is quick via the 3.5mm jack, so musicians can pair it easily with their favourite headphones or in‑ears for a precise, comfortable monitoring feed. It's easy to use, too, with the clear control layout limited to dials for level and channel, as well as a power switch and a USB‑C port so the unit can be charged quickly and without fuss. With up to five hours of battery life on a single charge, the receiver is built to handle longer performances or rehearsals without needing constant top‑ups.
The ideal system expansion
The Xvive U45 receiver is aimed at artists who use, or want to expand, Xvive's U45 wireless IEM system. It's a practical option for bands, DJs, or solo performers who rely on wireless monitoring onstage, and thanks to its compact build and straightforward controls, it will suit both newcomers and seasoned pros. It drops easily into all kinds of setups and delivers a clear, stable signal throughout. The receiver – and the Xvive U45 wireless in‑ear system as a whole – is ideal for musicians who want full freedom to move, preferring a wireless monitoring rig that doesn't compromise on sound quality.
About Xvive Audio
Xvive Audio officially entered the market in 2012 with its compact U2 wireless guitar system. Since then, the company has also been involved in the development of wireless microphone technology. Its catalogue also includes effects pedals, such as the Signature Series, which were developed in partnership with guitarist Thomas Blug. The products are designed by an American team, based in Pasadena, California, which is composed of musicians and engineers and draws on decades of professional experience. Its lead designer, Howard Davies, was previously employed at Electro Harmonix and Pigtronix, among others. Xvive Audio's goal is to create products that deliver exceptional sound and build quality, while remaining affordable for any musician.
Permission to rock
The Xvive U45 in‑ear monitor receiver is a great fit for live venues, studio work, and rehearsal spaces. The receiver keeps gigging musicians unfettered by cables while still feeding them a clear, interference‑free monitoring signal via the U45 transmitter. In studio rehearsals, one transmitter can be used to send several musicians, each with their own receiver, a clean monitoring feed at the same time – without cables making communication or movement more difficult. This makes a set of U45 IEM receivers especially suited to larger bands and music groups that need multiple in‑ear setups and rely on stable, dependable monitoring.
