Best bang for the buck

I bought this for my Ibanez RGA8 and it fits perfectly.
Plenty of room in the compartments inside for accessories, but on the outside the case is pretty slim and compact.
It's not the toughest case out there (would you expect something built like a tank in this price range?) but I would feel confident dispatching my guitar in it on a flight, for example. On the other hand, I would think twice if my guitar were more expensive.

Fits a Strat perfectly with extra neck length

I have a Peavey neck on my Squier strat so the extra length is good. The body fit is perfect.

I've also used it with these extra-length guitars:
PRS SE 277 Baritone - pretty good fit but not tight.
Ibanez Studio series (ST-50 ST-100 ST-200 etc) - good snug fit.
Ibanez SRC6 baritone - some minor adjustment of the foam partition is required and it's wider than you'd really like, but this is one of the best options for the SRC6.

Like all ABS cases, it's light weight and the aluminum frame can bend if you drop it, but it will protect the guitar inside. I would fly with it occasionally, but if you're touring there are probably better choices.

Great case for Hagström H-12

Had trouble finding a replacement for the battered original "cardboard" case. Something long enough to fit the massive headstock. This case fits snug and is obviously a 100% improvement. Me and the Hagström H-12 are very happy with size and quality.

Bought it for my Ibanez RG7620, it wouldn't fit in a standard sized case otherwise.

As with all Gator cases, this one is well built, well finished and feels like it will last a lifetime if appropriate care is taken.
It's solid, not too heavy, the plastic is thick enough, although I don't think I would fly with it as the plastic won't hold up against airport staff.
It fits my 7 string perfectly and it only cost 70€ before tax, I call this an absolute win.
It's actually pretty close in quality to an Ibanez Prestige case.
Just buy one.
