Well padded bag. Easy to handle
Anonymous 20.02.2017
This bag very well padded. Several handles makes it easy to lift the bass in and out of cars, trucks, etc. Lots of pockets for sheet music and accezories. The rucksack-straps are wide and comfortable.
.
The wheels is a plus. Very functionable on flat surfaces. A bit too small wheels for paving roads. The bass may shake to pieces :)

Note that this bag fits smaller 3/4 basses. Basses with big bodies may be too big for this bag, so do a measurement of your bass before you order one.

This is a best-buy product, and is highly recommended.

T
Great gig bag for bassist on a budget!
TheTallBassist 05.06.2017
After both zips on my old bass sack broke I was looking for a bag that was sturdy, well-padded and didn't cost the Earth.

I can safely say the Gewa ticks all those boxes. It has ample padding, lots of handy pockets for stashing your bow, rosin, pickup, cables, sheet music and so forth; a good number of handles for lifting your bass in and out of cars etc.; and the straps for carrying on the back are comfortable and well-padded. The castors mounted on the bottom are a nice addition but I haven't found a use for them yet I must say!

I gig 3-4 nights a week and the bag has served me excellently so far. I would definitely recommend this product!

Sturdy and reliable

I use this case mostly to carry between my house and a local Jam.

The bag is decently padded, with all the areas of the instrument well protected.

The small wheels only work on reasonably flat ground, due to size, but it's perfect for carrying inside the venue.

The spike does stick out when the bass in stored.

There's plenty of room for storing small item and big-flat ones, like paper and books.

The straps seem to be well sewed and sturdy.

The only thing I'm missing is a place to hold a visible ownership tag.

Best for the price

I have owned this case for several years, actually since I upgraded my bass and felt it needed more protection. First let me say that it is an excellent product. The handles are well placed for manoeuvring the bass through doorways and up stairs and the wheels are very useful.
The case provides good protection and the zips are good quality.
The zip pulls however didn’t last a year, annoying but not a game changer.
The only downside is the weight. This case feels like it doubles the weight of your bass. The wheels are essential for this bass but they do make it heavier. Also it’s difficult to store because it’s difficult to fold. Mine hangs on the back of the music room door. Not pretty.
So in conclusion an excellent product but it’s toughness and quality work against it.
