I spent a good 5 months researching snares within my budget.
I definitely wanted a wood snares and was worried the mahogany would be too dark, but, this snare drum is the absolute perfect balance of tone, versatility, resonance, pitch, decay and looks. It holds it's tuning so far perfectly and I didn't even replace the heads that came with it yet.

A highly recommended and affordable snare drum, this is the definition of value for money

J'ai reçu cette caisse claire il y a trois semaines. Elle est fournie avec un set de peaux Gretsch de bonne facture, et après un accordage en règle ( la peau arrive à peine tendue ) elle s'avère être une très bonne snare pour un jeu rock. Le bois est très beau et de manière générale la fabrication est élégante. Petit défaut : le cran pour tendre n'est pas très fluide, et s'y l'on ne fait pas attention on peut laisser le timbre "à moitié tendu"
