Poor product support by Mackie
Garikai 22.05.2019
System needed an update but no device would work.

mackie would not respond. forced to buy new tablet to update device.

thomann were good but mackie were terrible - update 11 Aug 2019 - I bought a brand new huawei tablet worth nearly £300 and it has worked a handful of times. I had to move house so gear has been in storage most of the time. Now, I am unable to sync any device to the mackie DL32S. The device drops the wifi signal every few seconds and I cant use it al all.

So disappointed and feel like I have wasted money on this device!

Auch im Studio optimal
J. Simon 02.11.2020
