Good and simple but...
Jfox87 09.11.2020
Have had this in my home studio for the past few months.

Yes it does make playing much more comfortable and very simple to use (It's a foot rest) and I am glad I bought to help with home recording, how ever the legs underneath have buckled, the one side has bowed and I cannot fold it flat anymore. I'm not a heavy guy (12 stone) and I've certainly not put my full weight on it, so unless my left leg is actually where all my weight has accumulated without me knowing, the foot rest legs are not the strongest.

It still works because again it's a foot rest, but I have noticed it's a bit wobbly now if I want to use the higher settings on there. Not a bad product just could have used a stronger metal on the legs as that's where the weight is held when in use.

Flimsy and lacks stability
Anonymous 17.12.2014
Ok so it's a 4 euro foot rest. For this money, it's great. As a foot rest, it does its job, but it does feel quite flimsy and unstable. I wouldn't put too much pressure on it, I am afraid the legs would bend.

A basic footstand
Dan1991 02.12.2018
The footrest works fine and is adjustable to several heights, but I found if you want to pick it up to reposition it, you have to adjust the height again as it will collapse.

It's absolutely better than nothing and at this price it's hard to argue against - but I ended up just using a box instead, because of the collapsing.

Millennium Foot rest

Having written several product reviews, this the first review I have done where I feel I cannot award a higher rating . The reason is the adjustable height locking lugs gave way and broke at the forward position which is height I wanted to use. Also the support frame distorted. I only used it a few times before this occurred. I am now unable to use the foot rest. Please note I am an average weight individual. I am reluctant to purchase the same footrest in case I have a similar problem. I have been very happy with all my other Thomann purchases.

Cheap foot stool but works
Anonymous 30.09.2015
If you really need a foot stool for classic position playing, but you don't want to shell out more than a few bucks, then this is great. Mine arrived a little rocky and still is, so not the best of quality, but I still use it every day and it is a huge help in playing ergonomically.

ITS A FOOT STOOL !!!
Paul8086 06.03.2015
Well, not a lot you can say about this product is there (lol).
The only issue I can see is that the height adjustment catches (under the foot rest) are a little flimsy ..... so, its not going to bear a great deal of weight (which its not really intended for!). Overall though, OK product - nice to go along with a classical guitar.....

Great while it lasts

I've bought about 20 of these. They work well until you accidentally put a little too much weight on them, at which point the catch splits and they are unusable. They're so cheap that I keep on buying them though!

An okay footrest
EnsiGeetard 03.02.2014
It does what it is supposed to do. Feels sturdy enough for my use and construction is good.

I'd wish there was a steeper setting on it, though. Overall good value!
