Good for it's price
A decent foot rest, very stable and doesn't fall easily. Has a rubber base that prevents the foot from sliding and keeps it in the same place. Also rubber pegs so it doesn't slide anywhere when playing. Can be adjusted to different heights so it's very handy for playing even when there's chairs that have different heights or people with different body heights. Very compact, easy to transport and take anywhere with you.
I use it for playing at home and sometimes for my students. The height can be easily adjusted and it takes a second to adjust it to a different height. The one thing that disappoints me though, is that some foot rests can be adjusted to some height and wether you pick it up or even carry it around and place at another spot everything stays in place like it has been set up and you don't need to set it up again, but with this foot rest it automatically closed when you pick it up from the ground so the height has to be adjusted again, but that's nothing major.
It's a good buy for such a low price, stays in place and does the job.

Does the job
You can put your foot on it.
It tumbles over really easily if you attempt to push it into a more favorable position over a very small bump (2mm?) -- could have been a bit more stable.
Very light, so it feels cheap, but that's to be expected.
Good adjustability.

Helps my playing posture
Nice and sturdy build quality and it doesn’t rock while you’re playing.
I bought one of these and a stool from Harley Benton as I’ve always struggled keeping good posture while playing and they’ve both helped quite a bit.
The only addition I would suggest to Thomann regarding the design of this product is some sort of latch to lock it in place when you’ve adjusted the height as it sometimes collapses when you move it

Good foot rest for budget
The quality isn't amazing but it isn't so bad either, just have to remember not to put your whole weight on it.

Better than a four pack of Heinz beans (and cheaper)
Before I got this I was advised by my classical guitar teacher to use a four pack of beans as a makeshift foot rest. This had a number of drawbacks. What if I want beans on toast for dinner? This will leave me with a lopsided picking stance.
Thanks to the crazy low price of this stand I don't need to worry, I can eat all four tins of my beans and I don't have to worry about them being contaminated by dog doo that I've picked up on my shoe.
All joking aside this is great, four adjustable heights, seems nice and sturdy, no sharp edges.

Simple job kept simple
Not too much to say here, it works fine, feels comfortable and seems sturdy after quite some time and usage - years.

Bought it on a whim, very impressed
I bought this along with a lot of other items a couple of weeks back, I was just looking to round the money up so this did the job nicely. I didn't think I'd of had any particular need for it but when it arrived I gave it a go, thinking it'd probably end up gathering dust. I'ts certainly got no dust on it anymore, the adjustable height makes it a tad smaller than my stools footrest, which in turn makes me more comfortable whilst playing. It's sturdy enough, I wouldn't try standing on it, but that's not what it's built for so that's understandable. For the price, it's most definitely worth getting.

Quite nice
The foot rest is not slippery, has different height settings, and looks good. However, It’s not extremely sturdy and wobbles a bit.

Good solid rest
Use it while practising. I use it for correct playing posture. A bit thin so my foot slightly hangs over.
Overall a very good foot rest.
