Not very impressed for Sommer

I've used sommer cables a lot and they usually stand for quality but this one doesn't quite cut it.

The cable itself is good quality but doesn't coil well, it holds twists.
The connectors are very weak and the boot doesn't screw on so it comes loose.

for the price this is a very good quality lead by a decent company. I haven't had any problems with thomann it and I get a clear pricise sound in all applications from studio work all the way to live. PLUS they guarantee the cable for 3 years.

Good cable! These cables are quite rigid. Thats good for outdoor gigs where trolleys and trucks from the other bands are setting up/packing away there gear. They are also easy to wipe clean when on a beer soaked club. Probably a bit much for bedroom set up but good for someone who needs a more rigid cable.

Sommer Cable...ich liebe diesen hersteller und wir ham bei dem auch n Endorsement...Das Kabel war mehr oder weniger n Lückenfüller da man ja nie genug Kabel haben sollte.
Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen...bei der ersten Probe bzw. nach der ersten Probe habe ich es zu meinen anderen Kabeln ins Studio gehängt und ein anderes genommen...total steif und verzwirbelt sich auch noch sehr dolle und schnell.
Eingesteckt an der Gitarre und ZACK war schon die erste schlaufe drinnen...ICH HASSE SOWAS !!!
Dashatte ich noch nie bei Sommer Cable....Das Kabel ist wohl mehr oder weniger ein Versuch im LOWBUDGET bereich etwas zu reissen. Aber bitte, legt lieber n 10er drauf auch wenn das gezeter bei Schülern und Azubis immer so gross ist...aber QUalität hat ihren Preis. Fazit...wer billig geil findet is okay...aber ich muss es nich nommal kaufen, auch wenn der Klang typisch Sommer Cable ist.
Achja eine sache noch, das Kabel Gummi also die schöne blaue Isolierung ist seeeeehr Dünn...da sind schnelle brüche vorprogrammiert.
