Great little bar with multiple uses.

I actually had a different use in mind for these bars. I use them upside down and have attached them to the rigging points on top of my Yamaha dsr 15 speakers with a 12mm ( I think ) bolt. I then cut a short piece of old speaker stand tube, the 35mm stuff, and put it in the hole, and used this to support a t bar with four lightweight pars on it. It?s great for when you are on a little stage and can?t squeeze another set of stands in. If you don?t have your cabs too high, the whole thing is remarkably stable and not dangerous at all. You can also link two of these together with pipe and use them on top of a speaker with a couple of light fittings as intended.

Excellent for space saving on small gigs

I bought this to reduce a T-Bar for 4 par cans side by side to two par cans underneath the bar and two above. This was especially for small venues where the long T-Bars can take up too much room. This product is perfect for this use. Having a slot rather than holes means that positioning the lights is much easier and you can get them into a perfect position. A great product at a great price.
