This mouthpiece was immediate in its response. Beautiful tone and clarity and easy to blow. Bottom and top notes equally clear. Long notes and staccato with beautiful clean sound. Suitable for classic or jazz players. Never have I immediately found a mouthpiece which ticks all the boxes so quickly. An excellent buy. Dave l.

In dem Raum, in dem ich übe habe ich eine sehr gute Akustik, wodurch ich den Klang besonders gut bewerten kann. Ich spielte zuvor schon 1,5 Jahre das A6 S+ -Mundstück. Ich hatte mir das 7er und das 8er zuschicken lassen. Beim 7er hatte ich klanglich keinen Unterschied zum 6er gemerkt, beim 8er aber sofort. Von der Ansprache ist es aber immer noch leicht spielbar. Durch meine Lieblingssaxophonistin Grace Kelly kam ich auf dieses Mundstück, denn sie spielt genau dieses. Für mich ist es jetzt mein Mundstück, der Klang ist insgesamt in allen Bereichen noch viel besser und wärmer als bei dem 6er, vor allen Dingen bei den tiefen Tönen, hört es sich viel schöner an meiner Meinung nach, mehr nach Holz. Kombiniert man jetzt noch ein gutes Blättchen dazu, z.B. Woodstone oder Rigotti , dann ist der Klang einfach großartig.
Bei der Verarbeitung habe ich einen Punkt abgezogen, da der Schriftzug an 2 Stellen schon leicht weg ist. Stört aber eigentlich nicht.

Jag har ett A8M och ett A8S+ och använder dem beroende på hur mycket bett jag behöver i olika sammanhang. S+ har mer kropp än dess föregångare S och ger en, i mitt tycke, mycket trevligare ton. De två munstycken spelar identiskt så det är inga som helst problem att byta mellan dem även under gig och samma rör funkar till bägge.
