The top of an acoustic instrument plays an absolutely crucial role in giving it a balanced sound – so on the Warwick RockBass Alien Deluxe 4 Fretless, it's made from solid AA sitka spruce, a top-tier choice. The neck is crafted from mahogany, while the back and sides are made from walnut, a genuinely unusual and luxurious selection, especially at this price point. The ebony fingerboard is unsullied by any fretlines or other elements; it's complemented by a bridge and thumb rest made from wenge, a visually very similar wood, for a consistent look and feel. The Alien Deluxe 4 features a slightly shorter 32" scale length and a nut width of 38.5mm, making it especially easy on the hands. High-quality chrome hardware, produced in-house, includes Warwick's signature adjustable nut and security locks system.
