great value for money

I bought 10 of these to give to someone who was going to volunteer in primary schools in Ghana and the teachers really wanted to offer musical education. Yamaha is a top brand I know well, and even their most affordable instruments are well made and in tune. Great value for money!
Downside: a cleaning stick/cleaning rod is not included, and you do need one to dry out the recorder after use. Joint grease/ recorder cream is not included either

Can't complain for that price.
I bought it just to try it and learn some easy songs. Sounds alright and is built pretty solid.
No matter if you're looking for a cheap instrument, something to annoy your friends with or just an instrument to learn some easy songs: go for it!

flauta muy adecuada para la enseñanza escolar

Como maestro de música puede asegurar que esta flauta dulce (o de pico) es muy adecuada para la enseñanza escolar.

La adquirí a un precio de 5 euros, ahora creo que está a 6,7euros. Es un precio muy competitivo y muy adecuado para adquirir este instrumento.
El sonido es muy bueno para una flauta de plástico. En caso de buscar mejor sonido normalmente hay que ir a flautas de madera.
Su construcción es muy adecuada para uso escolar, no teniendo ninguna imperfección que pueda dañar al alumno, y teniendo mucha forzaleza para aguantar los trotes de los niños.

Hay que destacar que esta flauta es digitación alemana, que se caracteriza "de forma vulgar" por tocar el FA con el dedo índice de la mano derecha.
En caso de necesitar la digitación barroca la flauta más similar a esta sería la Yamaha YRS-24 B, que también la he adquirido y tiene unas características iguales a esta, pero con el cambio de digitación.

Por citar un inconveniente: la flauta está compuesta de tres partes, característica que aunque en un principio parece beneficiosa, en caso de ser utilizada por niños puede ser perjudicial ya que se dedican a montarla y desmontarla constantemente y esto puede provocar la rotura de algún componente en caso de caída o un mal montaje.

Resumiendo: Se trata de una flauta muy adecuada para el uso escolar.
