Great Desk but after sales service lacking

This really is a great desk for my home studio needs.
Pros:
Space for my small number of rack units and a good size and height.
I also ordered the keyboard tray which is a nice fit for my 61 key controller and Akai MPD226. Keyboard tray height works for me (I'm about 173cm tall).
Fairly easy to put together. I did it on my own.
Cons:
Whilst the packing appears to be very good, it is lacking in one way. Hence I knocked one star off.
The nuts and bolts etc come in separate flimsy plastic bags which are all placed in a small cardboard box. Unfortunately, the box lid is not taped down. In transporting to UK the weight of the metal parts opens the box, breaks the flimsy bag and you find the parts scattered in the main box. This caused a few small marks on the desk. In my case not too serious as they are not in a visible place. However, one of the main boxes was damaged and had a hole which caused some small components to be lost in transit.
This is a generic packing issue as it was the same for the desk and the keyboard tray.
I used some parts from the keyboard tray to complete the desk and phoned Thomann to get a few extra small metal connecting components. After a positive call I expected the few parts within a week. The parts arrived 24th Sept after my initial call on 8th Sept.
Too long.... partly because no action was taken for a week after which I had an email exchange indicating that my initial call was not fully passed on.

All sorted now and really pleased with the product

I've used Thomann many times and this is the first problem. I'm hoping its just a sign of staff overload caused by Covid.

Bonita, práctica y de calidad aceptable

La mesa es lo que te esperas, queda muy bonita, mejor que las más clásicas para mi gusto, no da sensación de "monstruo".
Es muy práctica, en el suelo, por la parte de atrás, hay sitio para poner cosas como el ordenador, o simplemente cajas. La gestión de cables está bien conseguida.
PROS:
- Sólida, bonita y práctica, merece la pena
- Aunque mejorable, es fácil de montar
- La Vision K a parte es genial para aguantar peso y dar mas posibilidades
CONS:
- La calidad de la madera y melamina, justita, se mancha con la mirada y los cantos se rompen fácil. No es una mesa para "meterla caña"
- La distancia vertical entre la Vision K y ésta es muy justa, mi teclado Studio Logic no cabía y he tenido que levantar la W con tacos de madera
- OJO!! Tiene tornillos para enganchar equipo a las placas de rack, pero no para poner las placas que trae en la propia mesa. Tuve que improvisar
- Es cara para la calidad que tiene, pero yo creo que todas las mesas de estudio lo son.

Unglaubliches Preis/Leistungs Verhältniss.

Die letzten 6 Jahre habe ich mich immer geweigert , einen ordentlichen Studiotisch zu kaufen. "Die dinger sind einfach zu teuer". Ein Ikea Tisch mit nem Siderack tuts doch auch... Zum glück hab ich mich endlich mal durchgerungen einen zu bestellen! Ich war anfangs sehr skeptisch da es nicht eine Bewertung zum Vision gab. Das Ding kam innerhalb einer Woche an, verpackt auf 2 händelbare Kartons! Hochgetragen, ausgepackt, sortiert und aufgebaut war das Ding innerhalb von einer Stunde (alleine).

Er ist absolut Stabil, sieht unglaublich schick aus, Kabelmanagment ist simple aber zugleich genial!

Mehr kann ich dazu wirklich einfach nicht sagen. Ich LIEBE meinen neuen Tisch (auch wenn ich niemals gedacht hätte das ich so etwas mal sagen werde)

Guter Tisch, verdammt teuer!

Der Tisch ist vollkommen ok, erfüllt meine Erwartungen und bleibt also bei mir.
Der Aufbau war leicht und auch mit einer Person gut zu bewerkstelligen.
Der Tisch steht recht stabil, nur mit Stößen von der Seite sollte man etwas aufpassen. Das sollte unter normalen Studiobedingungen aber kein Problem darstellen.
Das "Kabelmanagement" (ein einzelner großer Kabelkanal mit Zugang von allen vier Seiten des Tisches) ist praktisch und hilft sehr. Zwei getrennte Kabelkanäle - einer für signalführende und einer für stromführende Leitungen - wären dennoch besser!
Die Materialien und die Verarbeitung sind für das verlangte Geld (649€, Stand 08.19) eher schlecht. Ein paar kunststoffbeschichtete Pressspanplatten und relativ weiche Metallschrauben (dieser Tisch ist genaugenommen nichts anderes) kriegt man auch deutlich günstiger. Das dann an manchen Ecken und Kanten das Plastikfurnier bereits bei Lieferung absteht und nicht anständig verklebt ist macht den Eindruck nicht besser. Alles in allem ist die Verarbeitung jedoch in Ordnung und das verbaute Equipment sicher!

Fazit:
Absolut tauglicher, praktischer Tisch. Für meine Zwecke optimale Größe. Wem 650€ nicht wehtun, für den ist dieser Tisch evtl. genau das richtige.
Wer etwas Zeit und handwerkliches Geschick hat, baut sich lieber für deutlich weniger Geld einen qualitativ deutlich besseren Tisch selber!
