Great for the price

I use this to mic up acoustic guitars and amplifiers to get two lines in for mixing but also to avoid phase issues. I use it mostly with two pairs of microphones: Røde MP5 and Sennheiser e835.
It does it's job very well. With this price point it is close to being a no brainer.

Why only 4 stars for quality?
I have noticed that the screws do loosen every now and again when moving it back and forth, and I don't know if i would trust it with heavy, large frame microphones.

Super solid

This thing is super simple and super solid. Would recomend this item to friends! It's a bit more expensive than alternatives from other companies but I'm not complaining since the finish is superb!

Well Made, Decent Design

This bar works as you would expect and is very solidly made. It was also reasonably priced, unlike the exorbitantly expensive Rode version, which had the advantage of angle markings for different stereo recording techniques. The design is reasonable for the price, although I feel like there must be a better design out there somewhere that clips in place rather than having to screw things and have them come loose if the cables come under pressure from a reflection shield or any other object close to the mics. This is certainly not a big issue at this very reasonable price, however.

was outside the box and looked used

The item was outside it's box when it arrived and the item's packaging was open at both ends. There were not adaptors for 5/8 connection but then again I did order this from Europe so maybe they aren't included in the Europe version. It does work but can't believe the condition it arrived in.
