How will I be informed about the status of my order?
We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email and, if you wish, via text message to your mobile.
In addition, after placing your first order with Thomann, you will receive login details for our Customer Center, where you can view the status of your current orders as well as all completed orders.
Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming that your order has been sent to us.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Shortly after the merchandise has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
If you have provided us with a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message at that time (so even if you don’t check your email regularly, you’ll still know that your order is on its way to you).
